I was amused by the pricing of the tests, level 3 £295, level 4 £495, level 5 £395. I would give level 4 a miss!
I wonder what the output is intended to be from these tests. Is it a Pass or Fail? Generally, although there is a difference in emphasis between a test and a coaching session, I would expect the value of an assessment for a qualification which no-one has heard of mainly to lie in constructive feedback. A more likely approach would be to provide an assessment, and for the outcome to be the level as well as the feedback - Rospa system, but hopefully at a much higher level.
In a previous decade Mark Kendrick who now runs The Driving College set up something like this, IIRC under the brand Club Driving. It did not last long so he evidently did not manage to make a go of it. Long before Reg, Mark did some good driving DVD's. I had a nice session with him during a club holiday in the north country and one of my friends was at the time the first to achieve his highest award.
