Who? Moi? Great observation (by me as well ;) ) We'll make a biker of you yet! :)

Never! A wheel at each corner as "the science" infers.

As long as the science doesn't fail those contact points ;)

This new short one may generate a few comments.

I've added another new short video to my YouTube channel. This time looking at forward observation. Have been experimenting with the captioning options in the editor. Think I still prefer commentary but the shorter videos are proving popular.

Thanks for the positive feedback.

It's much easier to talk though :)

Going by the stills, shouldn't it be "should I stain or should I glow?" :)

Very good examples of using restraint, where the cost to you is seconds, versus the potential pain.

Something to to consider when adding text: allow enough on-screen time for a good reader to read it three times, so others have extra time if they need it.

Yes, I was conscious of that when editing. Particularly the first car turning right. The problem with using text is you only have the real time to display it, unless you start messing around with variable speed playback. I may freeze frame it another time like I did in the roundabout videos.

That's a plus reason for commentary. You can say more than people can speed read.

However, on YouTube you can playback videos at different speeds and/or pause, leaving the control to the viewer.

I was thinking more about the introductory text (e.g. the 'star wars' slopey, off to infinity, text), perhaps simplify/precis, present as simple bullets.

[I was impressed by your use of punctuation in one introduction- but that suggests complicated sentence structure ;) ]

New video testing a brand new bike ... on lovely winter roads.

Yes, I know it's too long. I need to be more ruthless in the edit but my vocal bits were too spread out. You live and learn ... and hopefully get better next time.

Just finished a new video with footage taken from a bimble into Norfolk. It looks at balancing Progress, with the often forgotten, Restraint.
