I've added a custom bbcode to allow image size tags to be specified.
Use [fimg=width,height]URL[/fimg]
Of course the standard [img] tags still work, so this is entirely optional.

Re: Posting pictures
Am I being retarded? I keep getting this:
It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image. Please verify that the URL you entered is correct.
Got it using both google drive and drop box. Should I be using photo bucket instead?
Ive resized them all to 800 px.

Re: Posting pictures
possibly the image is not publicly accessible? there can also be issues in reading image dimensions on another server depending on set up - so yes, photo bucket might be easier - but usually it is simply down to not being able to access the image - if you take the URL, sign out of dropbox / google drive, and then put the URL into the browser, does it show you the image?

Huzzah!
This is photobucket, just in case anybody thought I'd worked out what the problem was with the other two.

What is the easiest free way to put up a photo?
Re: Posting pictures
Don't know about 'easiest', I use a free blogspot page and pics as a post.

Just be aware of the size restrictions here. Otherwise you need to use the fimg= tags. See Mr CW's post earlier.

Your 'standard' is how you drive alone, not how you drive during a test.

Try this (https://imgbb.com/). No need to register. It even generates the code to put in your posting for you and does thumbnails, small images and full fat ones. I'd suggest you remove any EXIF data from your pics before posting anywhere. FB etc. do this automatically.
